Three Candidates=A Win for Reilly

Boston.com is reporting that all 3 candidates will be on the democratic primary ballot with Patrick getting 59%, Reilly getting 27%, and Gabrieli just barely passing with 15%. I consider this a win for Reilly more then anyone else. If it was a 2 man race between Reilly and Patrick I think that Patrick’s strong base support (myself included) would be enough to win the primary. Now with Gabrieli officially in the mix, there is a chance that Gabrieli could siphon Patrick support thus making Reilly the nominee. Even though he has deep personal pockets, I do not see Gabrieli as a real challenger for the nomination. He does not have the grassroots support of Patrick or the name recognition and experience that come with holding a high profile office like Reilly.
