What Kind of Bird is This? (Pictures Included)

A little back story first. There are a lot of things I know a lot about, but birds are not one of those things. However, I have always been fascinated by wild life that lives in Urban settings. A few months back in my blog, I talked about the increasing number of Cormorants I have been seeing in the Charles River and the Hawks that I see circling over the playground at work. A few weeks ago, one of the children at work noticed that at the edge of our playground their was a birds nest. Luckily we noticed the birds nest before it was smacked by a ball in one of laceType>CamplaceType> laceName>TCC'slaceName> epic kick ball games. A couple days ago, the baby birds flew away and we have not seen them since. Nevertheless, before they left I was able to get a few snapshots of the birds and their mom. (Well I think it’s their mom) Here are the pictures. Does anyone know what kind of birds they are?
