Watertown Went For “Home Town” Candidate Reilly. (barely)

For the record, I just want to point out that I called the race for Patrick an hour before the A.P. I realize that as just a random blogger I can make all sorts of crazy proclamations with little reprisal if I am wrong, but I was first. Second of all, going by the Boston.com numbers Reilly barely beat Patrick in Watertown by only 52 votes. Though Reilly has lived here for a long time, I never really felt his presence in that town. Maybe it is just random, but I can’t recall seeing him around town ever. Gabrieli was a distant third in Watertown which shows that $$$$ can only get you so far. Speaking of money, let me just say that I am the first to endorse a Manny Ramirez for governor campaign in 2010. His education initiative which would have children learn every subject via watching English dubbed Japanese Anime cartoons is brilliant.
