Will Iraq Plagiarize George Carlin Too?

We all remember the incident of Mike Barnacle plagiarizing a George Carlin bit from a few years back, but if Iraq decides to broadcast the hanging of Saddam, they should send George Carlin a royalty check because he proposed televised executions years ago.
