Tim Thomas made some amazing saves to keep the Bruins from blowing a 4 goal lead in the third period tonight. I admit I had some doubts at the start of the year if Thomas was a legitimate NHL starting goal tender, but he has assailed all my doubts with his play. On a side note, the Bruins are starting to get back into that nasty habit of playing 2 really good periods and a mediocre third that caused so many problems at the start of the year. Dave Lewis needs to make sure he stays on the B’s so they don’t revert to their old game blowing ways.
