Deval Patrick’s Tommy Carcetti Moment

Recently it was revealed that the State of Massachusetts could be facing a deficit of a Billion Dollars in 07. Any one else think that the reaction Deval had when he got that information was the same one that Tommy Carcetti had on his face when he found out that the Baltimore school system was 54 Million dollars in debt on the show The Wire.
