24 Theory: Jack’s Son

Anyone else who is watching 24 this season think that Jack’s Nephew is really his son? The timeline seems to work for when Jack was dating his sister in law. In addition, the kid they cast as his nephew looks like he could be Elisha Cuthbert’s real life brother.
