Lewis “Scooter” Libby was convicted of lying and obstruction today. This comes as no surprise to me. Could a grown man who goes by the name “Scooter” land a high powered political position without being a lying prick? In the end, Libby is just a fall guy and I suspect many Americans already have forgot the Valerie Plame/Yellow Cake scandal. It In addition,  because there is so much attention already on the 08 election, people are not even bothering thinking about the current lame duck administration.
