If it was not for Curt Schilling constantly writing/talking about every issue under the sun, I don’t think that the hosts on WEEI or the Boston sports writers would know what to discuss. The scribes and the yappers only know how to discuss controversy and be critical. So far, the current Red Sox have been down right dominating with no real controversy to speak of. Thus, Schilling comes in to fill the void with his constant comments. The Boston sports reporters should either give Schilling money out right or at least donate some money to fight A.L.S. for giving them something to write about. While they are at it, they should give Manny some cash for constantly giving them something to talk about for the past 7 years. On a side note, thank god for Remy and Orsillo. During intense games Remy provides great analysis and Don Orsillo captures the moment well. In laughers like tonight’s destruction of the Blue Jays, Jerry and Don turn into the Giggle Twins and try to see who can make the other laugh uncontrollably.
