Umbrellas Useless In Boston
It is rare in Boston when we get rain without a ton of wind coming along with it. Add in the fact that the buildings in the city (especially back bay and downtown) create wind tunnels and the survival rate for umbrellas in the city must be as low as Bobby Abreu's batting average.
