Best 8-9 Combo In Sox History

Any time you can beat a lefty the quality of  Sabathia on the road, it is a great night for your ball club. The Sox  needed a misplayed pop fly to push a runner across the plate or we would still be playing tonight. That misplaced pop fly, was one of 3 small errors that cost Cleveland the game; a bad sac bunt attempt and a bad base running play to get an out at third base where the other 2. Kudos to  Matsuzaka for settling down after the first inning. Double Kudos to the tandem of Okajima and Papelbon. So far this season, they have been the best 8-9 combo in Sox history.
