Runs Run Dry For Dice-K

Matsuzaka did not have his best stuff today, but he still pitched good enough to win. However, it is becoming quite a common refrain that in Dice-K's starts the Sox offense does not provide a lot of punch. While the Sox gave Dice-K good run support at the start of the year, the last 11 starts have looked like this in terms of run support: 2,1,2,9,5,4,1,2,1,1,0. That is an average of 2.54 runs scored per game by the Sox in those starts with a mode of 1. Not very good.
