Trade Dominoes Start Falling
It looks like the Tigers just got Willis and Cabrera from which gives them one of the best rosters in baseball.

This is big news to Sox fans as well because now the Angels will be back in the Santana talks since Cabrera is off of the table. With 3 perennial playoff teams in the Sox, Yankees, Angels, and maybe still the Mets (as a dark horse) in the Santana hunt, I won't be surprised if the Twins dragged this out longer to try and play all the teams off each other. Speaking as a Sox fan, I am cool with any trade hat does not include Ellsbury. There is more of chance to win it all with Santana, but we have seen great pitchers here the past few years with Roger, Pedro, Schilling, and Beckett. We have not had anyone like Ellsbury here (especially as a home grown player) in a long time if not forever. Thus, for entertainment even more so then winning I want Ellsbury here.
