No Nomah Biatches and Other Thoughts On The Mitchell's Report

  • First off, to all the people who I have argued with over the years about whether or not Nomar did steroids/HGH, there is still no actual evidence he did it. I know that is not proof that he did not use them, but unless people come up with something other then a SI Cover or a bad injury history as proof that Nomar did steroids, people who say he did can all expect me to take a even bigger nutty on them then before.
  • Somewhere Dan Duquette let out a giggle when Vaughn and Clemens where on the list.
  • I am shocked that  Brady Anderson is not on this list? That dude had the most bullshit 50 home run season in the history of baseball back in 96.
  • For the record, I still think Clemens should go in the Hall. Bonds too. They where great players before they where using and if they wanted to risk their health to prolong their career, that was their choice. (as for the whole cheating thing, I think 90% of all pro sports players go by the philosophy that if you are not cheating, you are not trying so in the end I don't really give a shit.)
  • I remember in 94 before the strike both Griffey and Matt Williams had a chance at 61 and even at the time I knew that there was something odd about Williams power that year.
  • Lenny Dykstra in 93 was even more fishy then Williams in 94.
  • If I am not mistaken, Mark Mcguire is not on the list.
  • I think the following people on the list are all dicks for reasons that have nothing to do with steroids. Kevin Brown, David Justice, Chuck Knoblauch, Brian Roberts, Lenny Dykstra, Jason Giambi, John Rocker.
  • How must the Brewers be feeling right now that they just gave Gagne 10 million dollars? On a side note, I found it funny that their was an email writer by Theo to one of his scouts in the report where Theo was asking to find out whether or not it was true that Gagne did roids.
  • Even though his listed in the Mitchell report, I will always remember Paxton Crawford as the drunken dumbass who fell off his bed onto a wine glass just when he was starting to pitch well for the Sox.
  • Whatever they where taking, I think Mike Stanton and Paul Byrd's fat asses should ask for a refund. Does this mean If they did not take steroids or HGH, those 2 would only be throwing it 65MPH.
  • I find it funny that Andy Pettitte is on the list.
  • One last thought: it is interesting to me that there where not a lot of players of Latin decent on the list. This either means 2 things: That not a lot of Latin players where using or that instead of getting it from club house workers or phony doctors, they just got what they needed from back home in the off season.
