How Will Ted Kennedy Impact Critical Game 5 Of The D.P.C.S
After 4 games in the D.P.C.S. (Democratic Primary Championship Series), it is all nodded up at 2-2. Both Obama and Clinton have held on to win their home games. Though they where at home, Team Obama’s victory in game 1 was a surprise to many who assumed that Team Clinton’s playoff experience would defeat the upstart Obama Club. However, Team Obama with the help of a youthful line up and hard hitting catcher Oprah Winfrey who they acquired at the trading deadline took game 1 quite easily. Then it looked like that Team Obama was going to take a commanding lead in the series by taking game 2 in Team Clinton territory. After the 7th inning of game 2, Obama had a commanding 4 run lead; Then in the 8th inning, Team Clinton’s veteran stalwarts took over. Back to Back doubles by Wesley Clark and Madeline Albright where followed by a Home Run by Bill Clinton. The rally for Team Clinton kept rolling with singles by Ohio governor Ted Strickland and former Nebraska senator Bob Kerrey. The Game was put away by a Home Run by Team Clinton’s current franchise player Hillary who put the game out of reach. Game 3 in Nevada was the most uneventful of the series so far with Team Clinton taking an early lead and holding on to it throughout the game. Game 4 was the exact opposite; fueled by a raucous home town crowd Team Obama destroyed team Clinton. Some speculated that Team Obama played with an extra passion and their fans where more fervent then ever because Team Clinton’s star player Bill Clinton dismissed Team Obama as a kinda impossible dream fairy tale like team much like the playoff run by Team Jackson 20 years ago. Though the series was tied 2-2, most still thought that Team Clinton was in control of the series because they still had home field and a lot more people on their side with playoff experience. Now news comes that veteran slugger Ted Kennedy is healthy and ready to take the field for Team Obama in the critical game 5 of the series next week. With Kennedy in the line up, Team Obama now has someone that can match the experience of team Clinton. Obama! Clinton! Kennedy! It’s the underdog Team Obama against The Team Clinton Dynasty…Game 5…February 5th…Super Tuesday...at a Ballot Box near You!
