Well, maybe not ever, but most likely the best tour of 08. Kanye West recently posted on his blog that he is going to headline a tour with N.E.R.D., Lupe Fiasco, and Rihanna. I have seen both Kanye and N.E.R.D. live before and their shows where great. Throw in Lupe who is the best rapper going these days and the hotness that is Rihanna and you have a kick ass tour of epic proportions.
