HyperRondo, Cassell, House & The Luck Of The Irish

The Celtics had a little luck on this St. Patrick day with Ginobili's shot rolling around the rim and Horry missing the shot at the buzzer; however, it was the great play of the Celtics little guys that helped them come back from 22 down vs. the Champion Spurs, on the road, without Ray Allen. House only had 5 points but nailed one of the biggest baskets of the game with a 3 from the corner. Cassell, was key all night with a big steal, clutch shots when the Celtics could not hit anything early on, and the HUGE 3 to take the lead with less then a minute to go. Rondo who is my favorite player on the Celtics because of games like these started off bad, but then went into something I like to call HypeRondo mode. In HypeRondo mode, he may take a dumb shot now and then or make a bad play, but he makes up for it with constant hustle and an attitude that does not back down from any big named point guard such as Parker tonight. After the first quarter Rondo out-played Parker down the stretch and came up with the biggest rebound of the game. We should also not take for granted the great game Pierce had tonight. (22 points 8 Rebounds) BRING ON THE ROCKETS!
