Don't Sleep On The NHL Playoffs

I can't remember the last time I had this much interest in the NHL playoffs. Locally, the Bruins have a decent shot of making it and may face rival Montreal in the first round. If they can beat Montreal in the playoffs, it would make up for the fact that they have kicked our asses the past 2 years. Then we have Pittsburgh leading the league with the kick ass combo of Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby. It looks like Washington may be in it now as well and they are led by Alexander Ovechkin who is currently the most dominant player in all of team sports. Throw in other good story lines like the rise and fall of Ottawa's season, the big market NY Rangers, and the always annoying New Jersey Devils led by the still scary good Martin Brodeur and you got your self the potential for an all time great playoffs and that is not even mentioning the West.
