Pictures & Recap Of The Sox Beating Toronto Tonight

I went to the Sox game tonight. I had pretty good seats at the State Street Pavilion Box (section 9) on the first base side. (pictures at the end of the post) It was a national league or old school style game tonight. Both Lester and Halladay did a good job of throwing strikes; that combined with a pretty cold night and the wind blowing in made for base runners being few and far between. The game flew by and for a while it looked like it might head into extra innings after Pedroia made a great run saving stop in the 9th to keep the game at 0-0 and Halladay got the first to Sox out in the bottom of the 9th. Then Ortiz did a good job working the walk after nailing a foul down the line. Manny smacked a single and then Yooouuuuk continued his great first month by hitting an RBI single to win the game. On a side note, even though we won, I and many of the people sitting around me found it odd that Ortiz was not pinch run for when he was on second with 2 outs in the 9th. Below are a bunch of pictures from the game including the mini celebration at the end.
