A few weeks back, I flipped it to MTV2 when T.I. number one single Whatever You Like  came on. I mentioned to my brother that considering that our economy sucks, someone should parody this song which is about T.I. lavishing his girl with gifts. Well, great minds might not think a like, but weird ones do. Weird Al Yankovic has come out with one that starts with the line "yo girl, our economy is in the toilet, but I am still gonna treat you right." Wierd Al then goes on to list all the ways he is going to treat his girl right on a limited budget. The song is not perfect but is funny enough.  Futhermore,  it is interesting to note that the first song by a major artists regarding our current economic collapse is not from a rock band, a rapper, a pop star, or a country star but fucking Weird Al. '
