I met up with some friends at the Cask N Flagon last night and as I was walking there I noticed a sign on the near by Boston Billiards Club (126 Brookline Ave) saying it was closed and a poster on their window advertising Lucky Strike Lanes around the corner. Did it close down for good or did the Jillians people buy it out? On their website there is no longer any information about the Boston location. I also did a google search and I could not find any info about it closing or being sold. I know the economy sucks, but it would be a really a bad sign if a place so close to Fenway and tons of Colleges would remain empty for long. I wonder if Billiards or some other entity will open at that location for the Sox season.
