Youk is called The Greek God Of Walks, but it has been a long time since an actual fellow Greek was on the Red Sox. That will soon change; TheRed Sox just cut Josh Bard  which means that it appears George Kottaras  will get a get chance to be the Sox back up catcher. This is an especially big deal considering Tek is most likely not going to play as many games as in past years. By all accounts, Kottaras has some pop so it will be interesting to see if he can give the Sox some run production from behind the plate.
