While there are sure to be other important issues during Obama's Presidency, right now there is only one, the economy. Thus, in a strange way economic websites have become the most important political websites. Sites like Politico.com, Salon.com, drudgereport.com, huffingtonpost.com, townhall.com and others where the sites people went for news on the campaign trail, but I think they are being replaced in importance my sites like Bloomberg.com that track the markets and economic data. Every rise or fall of the stock market or piece of good or bad financial news has become like a daily referendum in the debate on Obama's economic policy. For the first month, things where not looking that good for Obama, but the past month has sure been helpful to his cause.
