Mike Judge's The Goode Family Is A Van Dreesen Spin Off

The Goode Family is the new cartoon by one of the best people on the planet Mike Judge. What I did not realize until I tuned in for the first time tonight after Beckett lost his no-no was that the main character is based off of Van Dreesen  from Beavis and Butthead except that the name is different. This is similar to what Judge did with King of The Hill in which the main character Hank Hill was a variation of the Beavis and Butthead character Tom Anderson. Throw in the fact that Daria from Beavis and Butthead also got her own spin off and I would argue that Beavis and Butthead has spawned more shows than any other show in T.V. history. (3) As for the Goode Family itself, I did not see the entire thing because I was also watching the Sox, but it is funny stuff. Furthermore, other past shows by Judge have a history of improving as they went along.
