I'd was hoping for Adrian Gonzalez, but I will take Victor Martinez if all we have to give up is Justin Masterson and Nick Hagadone. I still don't understand why we have not tried to upgrade the short stop position. The combo of Nick Green and Jed Lowrie is below average at the plate and in the field. There is still an hour and a half left so who knows. Hell, since we did not give up Bard or Buchholz for Martinez, Roy Halladay might still be on the table.
