I wanted to trade you months ago while you still had some value, but for now I will hope that the Sox just outright releases you. Yes you can throw it 97, but their is no movement on your fastball and you locate it terribly. Furthermore, the rest of your pitches suck. I would rather watch Bowden or some other young pitcher get racked until Wakefield or Dice-K could pitch again than watch you continue to suck.
