During the height of the economic downturn from last fall to this spring , you not only heard about it on the national news, but also local tangible examples of things going bad. For example, institution Watertown House Of Pizza (W-House) closed and it seemed like it might be closed for good. Recently though, I went by there and saw that they had a new sign up (picture after the jump)  rechristening it The W. In addition, they had a permit to build and their where people inside fixing the place up. The past few months have shown many examples of the beginning stages of a recovery (go Obama), and it is good to see the recovery having signs on the local level as well such as what looks like W-House  The W reopening soon. I wonder if it is new ownership or the same family fixing it up. Here is a picture of the new sign:
