I want to give credit to  Meriweather for making a great play, but we got lucky that McKelvin did not take a knee and kept fighting for meaningless yards like a jackass instead of falling to the ground to protect the ball. The Pats and Brady where obviously rusty tonight; Brady, especially in the first half overthrew a lot of passes during the game and just look like he was trying to get comfortable with his throwing motion. The fact that many of the Pats passes even to Moss where quick turn around for 5-8 yards is also evident they where still working out the kinks. The offensive line gave up too much pressure and the defense let the Bills march down for a key touch down late in the game. There is a lot too improve on, but fuck it, we got the win. Brady made the huge passes when it mattered. The aforementioned Meriweather play was the kind of stuff the Pats players like Harrison and Bruschi used to do in our Super Bowl years. Moss and Welker did not make any huge plays, but they both ended up with 12 catches and despite a couple of drops, Watson came up big with the 2 touchdown catches. Faulk keeps showing why is one of the All-Time great 3rd down backs in NFL history with his constant key catches.  In the end, 1-0.

Lets hope Mayo is ok.
