He pitched good enough to win by mixing up his speed and hitting his spots to the tune of 12 Ks. The Teixeira HR was legit but the one Matsui hit would have been a fly out in many other parks. Even the first hit when he gave up when he came back in the 7th was kind of a bloop. Surprisingly, Burnett brought his A-game and Philly could not do anything against him and thus this goes down as a loss for Pedro but anyone who saw the game knows the loss goes on Philly's offense. 
    A few other thoughts: That was an error by A-Rod on the Matt Stairs grounder and he is lucky that it did not play a factor in the outcome of the game. Joe Girardi is pushing his luck by using Riveria this much. If he keeps up these 2 inning saving, I think Philly will get to him once.
