The bad news is for a large portion of this game the Patriots played like the Rod Rust version of the Patriots. They did everything wrong: Dropping passes, fumbling the ball, throwing interception, dropping easy potential interceptions, allowing deep passes. The good news, we have run the ball pretty well for a few games in a row now and as long as our running backs hold on to the damn ball, teams will have to worry about that and not put everyone in coverage. Wes Welker is playing like a dark horse MVP candidate. And despite all our problems we are still 8-5 and in first place. If we can get our shit together, we proved that we could play with Indy at Indy so this season is not a lost cause.
