This is an extremely exhausting time of year for me. I have to complete final projects for Grad School and have to do Parent Teacher conferences at work. I was half falling asleep last night while working on a paper when I heard the news on the radio sometime around midnight that we had signed Carl Crawford and a smile came to my face.  I was mildly shocked that we had got him because I had read just an hour earlier that he was most likely going to the Angels. It is going to be a lot of fun watching this team next year. Last year,  Theo got a lot of crap for calling it a "bridge year." I think it is safe to say with the signings for Crawford and Gonzalez just like KRS-one's classic track The Bridge Is Over.
