Pictures: Watertown's New Bike/Walk Trail Partially Finished

I took my bike out for a ride with the warm weather today and was pleased to discover that part of the proposed Watertown to Fresh Pond Bike/Walking Trail is open. For more information on this project that hopefully will connect the Watertown Branch to the Minuteman Bike Path go here: http://www.ci.watertown.ma.us/DocumentView.aspx?DID=657
Below are some pictures and captions I snapped with my camera phone of the part of the path that is finished today:

This is the entrance to the newly finished part of the bike in between Arsenal Street and Randy's Car Wash:

After a few hundred yards you come to this next crossing near NESN, A picture of the NESN building follows the picture of the bike path:

This nice looking stretch of the path is next:
A Bench and a couple of bike racks are near the exit of the bike path that takes you into the back of the Watertown Mall:
Here is the view of the back of the mall from the bike path:
Here is a stone map of the bike path a little bit further up:
Further up the path we pass by this old building with some graffiti art on it:

This is the end of the finished part of the path which leads to Nichols Street
This is the next proposed part of the bath that would go along the old rail line and head towards the Minuteman Path:
