First off, congrats to Northeastern's Jose Juan Barea, Dirk, and the Mavericks.(but not Jason Kidd, fuck that wide beater) That was an odd NBA Finals clinching game. Usually NBA games have ebb and flows and this one did through the first couple of quarters with both teams making runs. Dallas entered the 4th quarter with the lead; thats when they Heat were supposed to make their run... I kept waiting for it to happen, and waited, and waited, but no real run ever came. They have up like 100 offensive rebounds in a row at one point which allowed the Mave's to run out the clock. Wade at times looked like he was about to try to take over, but it never went anywhere. And where was Lebron? Seriously, he is the best player in the league and he never even attempted to take over the game. His numbers don't look terrible, but they were very pedestrian 21 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds. There was no intensity in his game. No sense of imposing his will like Larry, Jordan, Magic, Kobe or even guys in the next tier of players  like Pierce and Ray on the Celtics. It was just odd. This was the biggest game of his life, you would think especially at home that Lebron would try to take over and hell even hog the ball. Sometimes the best player has to hog the ball. Lebron sucks.
