Thoughts on The Troy Davis Case

I don't know if Troy Davis is guilty or innocent; in addition, I understand Mark MacPhail Family's need for justice and closure. However, a great injustice is done when we execute someone when there is not a slam dunk case proving their guilt. This case does not seem like it meets that standard and thus I agree with former Federal Judge and FBI director Sessions that his sentenced should be commuted to life. If Davis is guilty, and spends the rest of his life in jail, that may not completely satisfy the Macphail family or others, but it would still be justice under the law
