Take Care is Drake's second full length album; it leaked earlier in the week and I have gotten a chance to listen to pretty much all of it and thematically it is pretty much Hip Hop's Pinkerton album. Both Drake and Weezer (meaning Rivers Cuomo) have both had the same reaction to fame and girls throwing themselves at them; bewilderment. Drake instead of rapping about all the chicks he is hooking up with, is talking about being depressed at the club, calling up old girl friends to chat, being worried he is addicted to internet porn. The whole thing is soooo emo and weird compared to other hip hop second albums which usually follow L.L. Cool J's Bigger and Deffer template. I am curious to see what the overall public reaction is.
